Lead Ledger: a lead tracker and CRM for reMarkable Paper Pro Move
A CRM that lives on your reMarkable. The Paper Pro Move is a lovely place to think and a terrible place to lose a lead. Lead Ledger turns it into a working sales system: 150 numbered lead records, six pipeline stages, a weekly follow-up queue and an A–Z contact index — every sheet linked to every other, so nothing is more than two taps away. No app, no account, no subscription. It is a PDF. It opens as a notebook, and you write on it with your Marker, exactly like paper.
Drawn for the 7.3-inch screen, not shrunk to fit it
Most reMarkable templates are 3:4 layouts scaled down until the Move clips them. Every page here is drawn at 954 × 1696 px at 264 ppi — the Move's own resolution.
- Writing rows are 84 px, about 8 mm, so handwriting sits comfortably instead of cramped.
- Every tap target clears 8 mm, so links catch first time with a stylus.
- Margins are symmetrical at 72 px, so the toolbar never covers content — one file works left- or right-handed.
How a lead moves through the book
- Capture. Tap the + New button — it sits at the foot of all 244 pages — and write the lead down. Ten seconds, standing up.
- Claim a slot. The Slot Map shows all 150 records on two sheets. The first clear square is next. Shade it, tap it.
- Fill the record. Company, value, close date, B·A·N·T qualification, and a six-row touch log for every call and email.
- Set the next step. One clay box with a due date, carried onto the week's follow-up sheet.
- Close the loop. Won or lost, logged with a reason, so the pattern shows up before the quarter ends.
The Quarterly Ledger: where the maths happens
A PDF cannot calculate. No template can, on any tablet — and anyone telling you otherwise is selling a picture of a spreadsheet. So the dashboard shows its working instead: the formulas and stage weightings are printed on the page, and it asks you to add six numbers, not 150.
For the arithmetic itself, the download includes a Quarterly Ledger workbook. It holds no live leads — there is deliberately nowhere to type one, so the two files can never drift out of sync. Once a month, you copy twelve numbers from the Pipeline sheet and add any deals that closed. It returns pipeline value, weighted forecast, win rate, average deal size, source performance, and loss reasons. About five minutes.
What's in the download
- Lead Ledger notebook — 244-page hyperlinked PDF, 2,582 internal links, 0.52 MB.

Built for the reMarkable Paper Pro Move and its 9:16 portrait screen. It opens on any device that reads PDFs, but on a 3:4 tablet — reMarkable Paper Pro, reMarkable 2 — it will fit to width and leave space above and below. If that is your device, wait for the edition drawn for it.
